Story Behind the Food Presentation

Bon Appétit Fellow, Claire Kelloway, will present during lunch service on the many social and environmental issues surrounding food production – her presentation will cover everything from climate change to farm workers rights.

Presentation begins at noon in the Plaza Dining Hall, with a Q&A period to follow.
